Many floors may already have an Epoxy coating or a Concrete Sealer on the floor. We have a scarifier system that will remove the top coat. We recommend a Test Spot be preformed. The Test Spot will allow us to properly give you the best price per square foot for removal and polishing. The Test Spot will also allow the customer to see what is underneath the coating.
